The Daily Mail have reported that 72% of women hide non-surgical cosmetic procedures from friends and family. Either take advantage of this and offer discreet gradual treatments and/or offer an incentive for your customers to bring or refer a friend. Despite this, lots of practitioner have found that word of mouth remians their biggest form of referral. Go to our poll to tell us your largest referral source.
