Non Medical Injector Support

We believe that if you have a medical background you are best placed to offer non-surgical injectable treatments. We believe this, The Independent Health Care Advisory Service believe this, reputable insurance companies believe this and so do the clients and medical practitioners we've asked. Due to the lack of education for Joe Bloggs, clients are not asking for practitioner's qualifications and it seems that more beauty therapists are trying to offer non-surgical injectables. We found an article whilst training in Solihull last week, that disputes the fact that only medical professionals should inject. They believe that so long as beauty therapists are trained in anaphylaxis and first aid, then they have sufficient training to deal with any reactions. Let us know what you think.

Mentoring

We truly believe the best way to develop your business is to develop yourself. Lots of practitioners say they can't invest any more money into training, which is fair enough if you don't have the cash flow. However, practitioners also don't feel confident enough to set out and start a clinic, which leads to a vicious circle of not getting enough of a cash flow.This led us to offering a mentoring service allowing practitioners to build their business with the confidence that's needed at the beginning of a new venture!

The Daily Mail have reported that 72% of women hide non-surgical cosmetic procedures from friends and family. Either take advantage of this and offer discreet gradual treatments and/or offer an incentive for your customers to bring or refer a friend. Had a bad training experience?

I spoke to a lovely lady, who had a bad experience from a recent training day, with another training company. Despite researching for months before choosing one, she thought she made the right decision. I challenge anyone to speak to the delegates I have trained, and speak to the delegates of my competition, and choose for yourself.
